The Belgian pet store chain Tom & Co. has opened its 16th franchise store in Arras in northern France. Occupying a retail area of over 570 m², the store is located in the town's biggest shopping centre.
Last year, Tom & Co. opened five new stores in France, bringing the total store count in the country neighbouring Belgium to 47.
