PetSmart recently opened a new store in Ames, Iowa, on 1 550 m² of retail space. The store offers useful services such as pet training and adoption services, as well as a self-operated dog wash station and full-service grooming salon.
PetSmart has implemented social distancing measures in stores and face coverings are required. To accommodate pet parents who prefer shopping from home, PetSmart is also offering contactless kerbside pickup services at this new location, so customers can buy selected items online and pick them up without leaving their vehicle.
